Coval Concrete is a thin-film, single component coating designed to seal, enhance and protect concrete surfaces.

It creates a covalent bond with the coating substrate and is easily and quickly applied with an acetone pump sprayer. Coval Concrete is used on floors, retaining walls, infrastructure, and all forms of precast concrete.

Coval Concrete forms a chemically resistant barrier to protect against staining, etching, and graffiti; allowing for easy cleaning, reduced maintenance costs for labor and materials, and less dependence on harsh cleaning chemicals. Coval Primer is required to be applied to more porous concrete prior to Coval Concrete.

Coval coatings contain less than 100 g/L VOCs and exceed SCAQMD Rule 1113 requirements for air quality; as well as contain no known carcinogens under Proposition 65, California’s Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.1

Coval Concrete is the best protective option for any porous or semi-porous concrete surface, including floors, walls, precast, or structural applications.

Decorative Flooring

Concrete floors are popular all over the world. Our coating is ready to use and is single component, so there is no measuring or mixing involved. Use Coval Primer as a base for more porous concrete, then apply Coval Concrete for superior protection.

Industrial Applications

Coval Concrete is long lasting and easy to apply, making it ideal for industrial floors, walls, and infrastructure where performance is key.

White Floor, Solid Color & Striped Floors

Keep white, pigmented, and striped floors looking great with minimal maintenance. Coval coatings are strong enough for the activity on your manufacturing plant or airplane hangar floors while remaining easy to clean.

Precast Protection

Keep public spaces looking impressive and inviting with minimal maintenance.  Use Coval Concrete to protect precast tables, benches, containers, and bollards from exposure to outdoor abuse.

Graffiti Prevention

Paint or marker graffiti can be cleaned off Coval Concrete with mild detergents or simple solvents such as isopropyl alcohol without damaging or altering the appearance of the underlying substrate.

1 Coval Technologies’ solvents are exempt from VOC classification in the U.S. due to the negligible contribution to the formation of ground-level ozone as defined by the U.S. EPA.
