The Challenge:
Superfreeze needed a solution to protect the concrete floor at its new state-of-the-art Singapore facility. The owners needed to ensure its facility remained clean and looked professional to its discerning customers. The storage of food products created concerns about concrete dust contamination, hence the need for an innovative coating product.
The biggest issue Superfreeze faced was its project timeline. Traditional concrete coatings require a minimum 28-day cure time prior to coating application.

Once the surface was prepared, 2 coats of Coval Concrete tinted with gray pigment were applied to the floor. Superfreeze’s contractors for the racking system were able to resume operations the following day, ensuring minimal disruption to the timeline.
